• Added a new electronic signature solution called ShadowSign, enabling officers to send documents to enrollees from the platform for them to sign in the EnrolleeApp.

Improvements

• Added the ability to extend pursuit mode during the final two minutes, generating a new 10-minute window.
• Added the ability to view additional ShadowCuff equipment associated with an enrollee.
• Removed duplicate “Sent” status entries for ShadowMessages sent from the platform.
• Resolved a bug that prevented caseload reports from exporting when an enrollee had a case with no associated offenses.
• Added schedule exception notes directly on the schedule calendar.
• Added a 10-minute countdown timer to pursuit mode in the mobile version of the application.
• Added Appointment Templates that officers can select to automatically populate appointment descriptions, with templates configured under the new “Appointments” tab on the Templates page.
• Added a filterable “Reporting Frequency” column when selecting enrollees in both the navigation Calendar and the User Profile Calendar during appointment creation.
• Added the ability to assign a shared exclusion zone in the Enrollee Wizard during enrollee creation.
• Added an indicator for exclusion zones without a schedule to show they default to a 24-hour schedule, which automatically disappears once custom times are applied.
• Added “Transportation Notifications,” allowing entities to configure recipients and a notification time to automatically alert when an officer remains on transportation beyond the designated threshold.
• Added the ability to input a transportation location in the ShadowAlertness app.
• Added the ability for officers to switch from transportation to an overnight hospital stay when supervising a single inmate.
• Added a Profiles tab within Reports that introduces new sections for Enrollees, Victims, Correctional Officers, and Inmates.
