ShadowView

  • Ability to utilize the camera flip feature during the session to instruct the enrollee to move about the area, revealing what the user would otherwise see during a typical home or field contact
  • Ability to verify the enrollee’s location during the video session
  • Ability to view the enrollee’s location on a map in the Shadowtrack® web application
  • The user can turn off their own camera and can tell if the enrollee has done the same
  • Once the video call has ended, it cannot be resurrected by the enrollee
  • A custom contact type can automatically be populated when entering notes to accommodate the entity’s naming conventions and enrollee types and/or risk levels
  • The video session, length of video call as well as all notes are recorded on the enrollee profile
  • This feature is utilized via the Shadowtrack® enrollee app and OfficerApp

ShadowChat

  • Allows the user to engage in a live chat session with the enrollee via the Shadowtrack® enrollee app and OfficerApp
  • The user can only initiate the chat session
  • The user’s phone number is concealed, so the enrollee does not have access to this information
  • At the beginning of the chat session, the enrollee’s location is determined and made available to the user via the Shadowtrack® web application
  • The user can initiate an on-demand location request and view the location details via a map displayed on the OfficerApp during the chat session
  • Once ended, the enrollee cannot resurrect the chat session
  • At the end of the chat session, the user can enter any notes to document the chat session details
  • The user can select custom note type abbreviations that are customized to the entity’s preference
  • The user can enter up to 4,000 characters of notes
  • The chat session and length are recorded in the Shadowtrack® web application so that all communication with the enrollee is documented

ShadowVoice

  • Biometric technology used to verify the identity of the enrollee using voice recognition

ShadowFace

  • A facial recognition service that is utilized with the Shadowtrack® enrollee mobile app
  • It can be used as a primary form of identity verification or secondary form of verification to voice verification
  • It can be used for hearing impaired enrollees
  • This service is paired with the ShadowLocate service, so the identity and location of the enrollee are verified simultaneously
  • A photo of the original facial enrollment is made available in the call details of each subsequent call for comparison
  • Ability to capture a new enrollment photo at the user’s discretion in the event the enrollee changes their physical appearance

ShadowInteractive

  • The enrollee is required to complete facial and/or voice verification before completing the interview
  • Interview questions are customizable and created according to the preference of the entity
  • The primary question is followed up with a secondary question that allows the enrollee to provide pertinent information to their officer
  • Can be scheduled at the frequency desired by the user
  • Can be paired with the ShadowLocate service to verify the location of the enrollee upon completing their interview session
  • Can be utilized via the Shadowtrack® enrollee mobile app or a landline
  • Responses to questions can be typed or spoken using the microphone on the enrollee’s mobile telephone
  • Ability to listen to the audio or view the transcribed text for each exception response
  • Exception report available for all exception responses for multiple enrollees at a time
  • Notification to the assigned user when a scheduled interview session is not completed
  • Available in any language
  • Landline, Mobile, or Smartphone compatible

ShadowNotice

  • Allows the user to communicate with one or more enrollees by delivering scheduled notifications.
  • Available in Text to Speech (TTS), SMS, Voicemail, or Email formats
  • Schedule one-time or recurring notifications for upcoming appointments, court dates, or probation-related reminders
  • The Shadowtrack® application logs the date and time as well as the details of the notification message in the enrollee's profile so there is a record of all communication
  • Can be utilized via a landline or mobile phone depending upon the format of the message

ShadowPass

  • Allows the user to schedule a travel return date via the enrollee profile
  • Requires the enrollee to call and check-in via the Shadowtrack® application before the required return travel date to remain compliant
  • The participant’s location is simultaneously verified during the check-in call to ensure (location compliance?) they are, in fact, back at their home location
  • Can be utilized via a landline or a mobile phone

ShadowTest

  • Service includes payment collection, verified notifications, integration with testing facilities, and final test results integrated into the platform.
  • Allows the user to create random or scheduled drug testing notifications using templates
  • The frequency of drug testing notifications are customized according to the entity’s needs
  • Drug testing notifications are sent to the enrollee via an automated phone call initiated by the Shadowtrack® application, by email, and/or by text message
  • A record of the notification is recorded on the enrollee’s profile to ensure all communication is documented
  • Includes multi-factor drug test verification that requires the enrollee to confirm they have received the notification to report for testing.
  • A record of the date and time the enrollee confirms the notification was received is recorded on the enrollee profile.
  • An alternate notification method can be initiated in the event the enrollee does not confirm receipt of the drug testing notification
  • Features detailed drug testing reports that display who was notified to report for testing Future scheduled drug testing notifications for enrollees can be viewed up to 90 days in advance

ShadowLocate

  • This feature is utilized with the Shadowtrack® enrollee mobile app, so the GPS and WIFI technology of the mobile phone is used to determine the location
  • Allows the user to create multiple zones and customize the radius size of each zone
  • Allows the user to create multiple schedules and associate those schedules with zones to designate the enrollee’s required location at specific times
  • This service can be used as a stand-alone feature to locate the participant silently, or it can be paired with Shadowtrack’s voice and facial recognition to verify the participant's location and identity simultaneously
  • This service is paired with the ShadowView and ShadowChat services to verify the enrollee’s location during video and chat calls
  • A record of the location is recorded on the enrollee profile and is viewable via a map
  • Can be utilized to determine if an enrollee enters an exclusion zone

ShadowPay

  • Users can process debits and credits as well as view a detailed register with a line by line record of all transactions via the enrollee profile
  • Multiple register types can be created to allow enrollees to pay off various debts that may or may not be related
  • Send scheduled payment reminders and notifications when payments are due.
  • Allows enrollees to make online payments utilizing a custom payment portal
  • Allows enrollees to make a partial payment or the ability to pay their total balance in full
  • Financial reports are available to manage funds collected and balances owed

ShadowNotes

  • Pairs with all of the Shadowtrack® services so that notes can be logged for each event that takes place
  • Allows the user to enter a note when reviewing compliance results
  • A note is required when changing the compliance status of an event
  • The user name and the date/time the note was created are documented in the Shadowtrack® web application for all notes

ShadowPhone

  • The user’s phone number is hidden when the call is placed, so the enrollee does not have access to the user’s personal information
  • The phone call is then logged on the participant’s profile in the Shadowtrack® application providing a record of all communication with the participant

ShadowBriety

  • Works in conjunction with Android and IOS devices
  • Requires the enrollee to take a photo of themselves and pass facial recognition during the sobriety test  
  • Requires a second test if the BAC score is above 0 on the initial test
  • Can be paired with the ShadowLocate service, so the location of the enrollee is verified during the sobriety test
  • Features spoof detection to determine if a second device is being used or if the device is not powered on during the test
  • Notifies the user in the event of a BAC score that is above 0
  • The BAC score is recorded on the enrollee profile in the Shadowtrack® application

ShadowCal

  • Allows the user to keep track of upcoming and past due events and tasks
  • Allows the user to send multiple reminders to ensure the enrollee completes to-do items in a timely manner

ShadowVmail

  • Allows both the user and enrollee to leave a voice message for each other via the OfficerApp and enrollee app
  • The officer and the enrollee will receive a notification when they have received a new message
  • The voice message is automatically transcribed to provide the option of reading the message in addition to listening to it 
  • This service can be paired with the ShadowLocate service so the location of the enrollee is verified when the user listens to the voice message
  • A freehanded note can be entered by the officer when the voicemail is reviewed
  • The officer can schedule a voice message to remind the enrollee of an upcoming appointment
  • Integrates with the agencies caseload management system
