Allows an individual to get back on the program when they have been removed for non-payment.

Allows individuals on Shadowtrack to make changes to their schedule as long as the changes are approved by their supervising officer or the court. There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change.

Allows Enrollees to update their address. There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change.

Allows an enrollee to update their phone number. There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change.

Allows an enrollee to update the credit card on file for payments. This request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the enrollee's next payment due date. There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change.

Allows a former enrollee to request a copy of a completion letter.  There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change. Please note, there is no guarantee a letter can be sent if you completed the program over a year ago.

Allows an enrollee to request their compliance activity, once they have completed the program.  Please note, Shadowtrack representatives Will Not answer any questions in regards to non-compliances on the report.  There is a $20 fee or a $30 rush fee associated with this change.

Allows an enrollee to obtain their login credentials if forgotten.
