With Interactive Voice Interviews (IVI), the participant is required to complete regular, prescheduled interviews using any landline or cellular telephone. Automate weekly, bi-weekly or monthly supervision reports.
If an Interactive Voice Interview call is not received, an automatic outbound reminder call is placed. If the participant fails to answer, you have the option to be notified immediately. Upon completion of a series of customizable questions, an electronic file is sent directly to you with all exceptions attached. Optionally, we can integrate with your existing case load management system.
