 How IVI Works:

Through IVI, the client calls an automated system using any landline or cell phone. IVI verifies their identity by comparing their voice to a voiceprint taken during the enrollment process.  Once the client’s identity is verified he or she is asked a series of customizable questions.  Upon completion, an electronic case file is sent directly to the officer with open field sections where case notes can be added. This provides a simple, cost-effective and efficient way for officers to manage their caseloads while being able to focus on other pressing issues.
